Yet, it is well worth examining its content and practical application, particularly with regard to the specificities of the legislative, executive, and judicial branches, as well as questions of competence, constitutional referendums, and the protection of fundamental rights. Furthermore, this monograph offers insights into the history of and potential perspectives for the relationship between Australia and the EU, which will certainly be of great importance in the upcoming years and decades.
